I graduated from
Northwestern
University Dental
School and completed
my residency in
pediatric dentistry
at Primary
Children’s Medical
Center.
After serving as a
pediatric dentist in
the U.S. Navy for
two years, I
returned to Salt
Lake City and have
been practicing
since 1978.
I am board certified
in pediatric
dentistry and am a
member of the staff
at Primary
Children’s Medical
Center, Shriners
Hospital for
Children and the
HealthSouth Salt
Lake Surgical
Center.
My wife, Elizabeth,
and I have five
children; Adam,
Megan, Aaron, Peter,
and David.

NY, and
lived
there
until I
moved to
Provo
when I
was 17.
I met my
husband,
John
when I
was 19.
We got
married
and I
started
a new
life as
an
officer’s
wife.
We have
lived in
Panama,
El Paso,
Texas,
and
Germany.
We have
6
children;
4 boys
and 2
girls,
ranging
in age
from 32
to 20
years
old.
I love
children
and
enjoy
working
in a
pediatric
dental
office
surrounded
by
energetic,
joyful

I was
born and
raised
in the
U.S.S.R.
I
graduated
from the
Donetsk
State
University
with a
degree
in
philology
in 1991.
I
decided
to work
in the
education
system
because
I love
children.
I worked
for
eight
years at
the same
school I
went to
as a
child. I
have one
wonderful
daughter
named
Nadiya.
In 2005,
I
received
my U.S.
Citizenship.
I love
living
in Utah
because
of the
beautiful
mountains.
I enjoy
hiking
and
being in
the
outdoors.
I have
worked
here
since
September
2002 and
I love
it! I
love
working
with
kids and
watching
them

School
in 2004,

dental
assistant.
I love
living
near the
mountains,
and any
outdoor
activities.

dancing
are my
passions.
I love
working
with
little
kids,
and I
hope to
be a
hygienist
some

scouts.
I have

for Dr.
Smyth
since
November,
2000. I
love
working
here,
and the
people I
work
with. We

am the
oldest
of 4
girls. I

four-wheeling

fishing.

married
my
husband
Digger
in 2004.
We have
one son
named
Macade.
He was
born in
the
summer
of 2008.
I went
to
school
at UVSC
in the
Dental
Assistant
program.
I have
worked
for Dr.
Smyth
since
2001. I
love
working
with
